JR Information Desk is for foreign visitors. Help in three languages (English, Chinese and Korean) is available at JR Sapporo Station West Exit and at New Chitose Airport Station. (There are cases in which your desired language may not be available.) You can exchange the voucher for the rail pass and purchase rail passes and various kinds of train tickets.
